You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wallet and account credentials.
3. NFTs and Ownership
X-Bio offers digital assets in the form of NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), including Characters, Beasts, Weapons, and Guardians.
Ownership of NFTs is governed by the associated blockchain (e.g., Solana, Ethereum).
We do not store your NFTs; they remain in your wallet.
4. Gameplay & Rewards
Players can participate in mini-games, battle arenas, and merging mechanics to upgrade NFTs.
Battle outcomes are simulated and may be influenced by stats, randomness, or blockchain mechanics.
Reward tokens ($XCOIN) may be earned during gameplay and are subject to availability.
5. Marketplace
Players can buy, sell, or trade NFTs.
We are not liable for any transactions, disputes, or losses that occur as a result of trading.
6. Use Restrictions
You agree not to misuse the platform for unlawful purposes.
Automated bots, scraping tools, or cheating software are strictly prohibited.
Do not upload or distribute content that violates intellectual property laws.
7. Intellectual Property
All game assets, artwork, code, and trademarks are the property of X-Bio and/or its licensors.
Users may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without permission.
